No Gods, No Managers

Episode Summary

Chris and Brandon start out with a whirlwind conversation about naps, "fix-it week", and Harry Potter. After that, we get to the real stuff: Brandon has "kind of a saving people thing", much like Harry Potter, and we decided it was time to dig in on savior complexes, both as they relate to Brandon specifically as well as to managers in general. From there, they move on to talking about the inherent conflicts found in the role of a manager: who do they *really* represent? The employee? The employer? Both?!
